Ave.new is a modern, mixed-use residential complex on Agmashenebeli Avenue that creates a new urban centre in the city.
The project consists of 4 blocks holding 8 residential buildings. It is a space for new connections — a place where everything is in place for a complete and calm life.

A new highway will cross the complex, running parallel to King Parnavaz Avenue and Agmashenebeli Alley. The new transportation hub will significantly simplify travel and relieve traffic.
